Dr. Huang is a faculty member at the Eberhardt School of Business with over 15 years of interdisciplinary experience spanning advanced manufacturing, engineering, and high-tech industries. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and completed the Wharton Program for Working Professionals at the University of Pennsylvania.

His research integrates business analytics, AI applications in business, supply chain, commodity pricing, and sustainability. He has authored publications in journals such as Journal of Applied Physics, Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials, and Int. J. of Electronic Marketing and Retailing. He holds 21 patents, and his work has been cited in a growing body of scholarly literature, including on Google Scholar.

Dr. Huang brings significant industry and research leadership experience, having supervised and served as principal investigator on multiple R&D and commercialization projects. He teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in AI in business, business analytics, research methods, and experiential learning, and actively mentors student research supported by scholarships and funded programs.

He serves as a Section Chair for the WDSI Conference, a peer reviewer for academic journals, and a member of multiple ESB and university committees.
