Dr. Nassrine Noureddine, EdD, MSN, BSN, is the Nursing Department Chair, Co-Founding Entry-Level Master of Science in Nursing (ELMSN) Program Director, and a tenured Professor at the University of the Pacific School of Health Sciences. With over 35 years of healthcare and higher education experience, she is a recognized expert in program development, regulatory accreditation, and curriculum innovation.

A pioneer in interprofessional education (IPE), Dr. Noureddine co-founded the California Interprofessional Education Research Academy (CA-IPERA) and the CSU Sacramento IPE Center. Committed to health equity, she founded and directs the SAHA Health Center, a free community clinic providing culturally responsive care.

An AACN ELAN Fellow, her leadership has been recognized with the Western Academy of Nursing Award for Excellence in Education, the Women of Influence Award, a California State Senate Certificate of Recognition, and a Sacramento City Council Resolution. Her extensive scholarship focuses on clinical simulation, educational equity, and refugee health, including authoring the Interprofessional Education Toolkit.
