Join the Federalist Society in classroom A for a discussion with Judge Ryan T. Holte of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims on the Constitution’s Property Clause. Judge Holte will discuss his recent Heritage Guide essay examining the original meaning of the Property Clause, the federal government’s authority over public lands and how modern practice departs from the Founders’ design. The event will also include faculty commentary, as well as discussion of federal court jurisdiction, clerkships and Judge Holte’s Sacramento background. Questions?
